Terms of Service

WVC provides medical and specimen courier services, including STAT delivery, routed pickups, temperature-controlled transport, and chain-of-custody documentation. Service-specific scope, pricing, service levels, and indemnities are governed by the written Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or Business Associate Agreement between WVC and the contracting client. In any conflict between those documents and these Terms, the executed agreement controls.

The operator console is restricted to dispatchers and personnel authorized by WVC. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify operations@wvc.solutions immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services to transport contraband, hazardous materials not disclosed in writing, firearms, currency, or live animals.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the site or console.
• Submit information that infringes a third party's rights or violates applicable law.

Quotes generated from the inquiry form are estimates only. A binding engagement begins when WVC accepts a route assignment in writing or commences pickup pursuant to an executed agreement.

The site, operator console, software, logos, and content are owned by WVC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site and console for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The website and operator console are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WVC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WVC, its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to use of the website or operator console, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. WVC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the website or console will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100). Liability for contracted courier services is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold WVC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or operator console.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or operator console at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above.
